Radio buttons swapped functions

Its a 2023 GT and my radio's physical buttons have swapped functions. The left knob used to control volume and power, but now that's handled by the right one, and the left now changes channels. The touchscreen and steering wheel controls work fine, and resetting the radio didnt fix it. I've got a dealer appointment in a couple of days but Im wondering if anyone else has run into this or has any ideas.

That's so so concerning, if it's a software bug, what's to stop other controls from misbehaving later? lets hope the dealer can flash an update, but it shouldn't happen on a 2023

That's what Ive been thinking, I hope the dealer does a permanent fix.

Sounds like your car's computer is acting up. A dealer software update might solve it

Yeah, sounds like a software hiccup or maybe the parts aren't talking to each other right. A dealer re-flash or sync update should get those knobs working again.
